2015
Between Proximity and Dissolution
2015 continues the path begun in the previous year and develops it further.. The works emerge from the tension between density and openness. Figures, signs, and color spaces meet, connect, and dissolve once again. Nothing remains definitively fixed.
The canvas becomes a place of immediate confrontation. Each layer preserves traces of what came before without fully revealing them. Overpaintings do not conceal, but rather expand the space of possibilities.
The paintings seek neither harmony nor provocation. They trust in the dialogue between intuition and experience. In this way, pictorial spaces are created in which memory, the present, and imagination overlap without telling a single, clear story.
The works of 2015 invite you to take your time—not to find answers, but to follow the traces that each painting leaves open.
